What's in the block
Zone-2 work programmed from your lactate curve, not a wrist-watch estimate. Threshold and VO₂ max sessions run in small cohorts (max eight) on the prowler floor, rower bank, and assault bike. Every block ends with a re-test — if the curve didn't shift, the program changes.
