Every prescription on this floor came from a number on a screen — a force plate, a metabolic cart, a velocity meter, a lactate strip. Coaching is the translation layer between the data and the next set.

Nothing on this floor is random. Each session has a written intent, a target stimulus, and an exit criterion. If a block doesn't produce the adaptation we wrote it for, the block changes — not the athlete.
Four weeks
from intake to barbell.
Diagnostic intake
Two hours on the testing floor: VO₂ max, lactate threshold, force-plate, RMR. We meet the body before we coach it.
Coach pairing
We match you with the coach whose specialty fits your goals — masters strongman, endurance, hybrid, return-to-sport. You'll be coached by the same person for at least one full mesocycle.
Programmed block
Twelve weeks of written sessions. Velocity- and RPE-targeted. Reviewed weekly, adjusted in-session when the data warrants it.
Re-test & re-write
Same hardware, same conditions, fresh numbers. The next block is written against the new curve, not the old one.
